This privacy policy applies to Fluxer Labs SL websites, mobile apps, web apps, and digital products unless a specific product provides a separate privacy notice. It explains what information we may collect, how we use it, and how you can contact us.

This policy is designed to be used as the privacy policy for any Fluxer Labs app or product, including apps distributed through the Apple App Store, Google Play, or our own product websites.

  • The official app experience, support communications, legal notices, and this privacy policy are provided in English.
  • We do not currently provide official in-app experiences or legal documents in other languages.
  • If an app store, browser, device, or third party provides an automatic translation, that translation is for convenience only and the English version controls.
  • If a specific Fluxer Labs app includes a separate privacy notice, that app-specific notice controls for that app.

3. Information We May Collect

The information we collect depends on the app or product you use. We may collect:

  • Contact and support information you choose to send us, such as your name, email address, app name, platform, message, or support context.
  • App usage and technical data, such as a random pseudonymous installation identifier, session and event timestamps, platform, app version, locale, onboarding and paywall interactions, completed core actions, diagnostics, and crash logs.
  • Subscription, purchase, refund, and store-related information provided by Apple, Google, RevenueCat, or another payment platform, including product identifiers and approximate net proceeds.
  • Content you choose to submit inside an app, such as photos, scans, text, preferences, saved app settings, or other inputs needed to provide the app feature you requested. Photos, scans, prompts, identification results, and other user content are not included in our product analytics events.

4. How We Use Information

We use information to provide and improve our apps, operate app features, respond to support requests, maintain security, diagnose crashes, measure retention and onboarding or paywall performance, process purchases or subscriptions through the relevant app store, comply with legal obligations, and communicate with you when you contact us. We do not sell your personal information or use our product analytics identifier for cross-app advertising.

5. Third-Party Services

Depending on the app, we may rely on third-party service providers such as Apple, Google, RevenueCat, Supabase, Vercel, app stores, payment processors, crash reporting tools, cloud hosting, email providers, customer support tools, and AI or image-processing providers. These providers process information only as needed to operate the app, deliver requested features, measure product performance, maintain security, or comply with applicable law.

6. Legal Basis, Retention, and Your Rights

Where applicable, we process personal data based on consent, performance of a contract, legitimate interests, legal obligations, or another lawful basis available under applicable privacy law. You may have the right to:
