TreeBarkID is an application that uses artificial intelligence to help identify tree species from images. The service is provided 'as is' and the accuracy of identifications may vary.

3. Acceptable Use

By using TreeBarkID, you agree to:

• Use the application only for legal and personal purposes
• Not attempt to bypass or disable security features
• Not use the application to collect information from other users
• Not use results to make decisions that may affect health or safety

4. Limitation of Liability

TreeBarkID is provided for educational and informational purposes. We do not guarantee:

• The accuracy of tree identifications
• That the application will be error-free or uninterrupted
• That the information provided is complete or up-to-date
• Specific results from using the application

5. Intellectual Property

TreeBarkID, including its code, design, logos, and content, is the property of Fluxer Labs SL. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without express authorization.

6. User Content

The images you take and upload through the application are your responsibility. By uploading content, you grant us a license to use those images to provide and improve the service.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to TreeBarkID at any time, with or without cause, with or without prior notice.

8. Modifications

We may modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective when posted in the application. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of Santa Cruz de Tenerife.
